Welcome to TRIBALINKS, founded in 1990 by Phyllis Woods, who has been a trend-setting designer of jewelry and interior accessories since the 1970s. Her studio in Tucson, Arizona is where she produces an ever-changing collection of fashion and fine jewelry. She employs a globally sourced assortment of components, which shows influences from her travels and work with tribal sources.
TRIBALINKS provides a link between skilled African artisans and the American marketplace. Phyllis regularly travels to Africa as an importer and designer. TRIBALINKS is dedicated to fair trade principles and provides income for African craftsman and their families. We offer a wide variety of hand-crafted African art pieces, all selected by Phyllis, including masks, stools, sculpture, textiles, tribal jewelry and toys. The countries mostly represented include Mali, Ghana, Ethiopia and Morocco.
